    1. Who is eligible for a Schlumberger dialup account? - Top


    1. Spouses or partners of Schlumberger employees, living in a remote location.

    2. The following SSA board members: Global board members (4), Regional Board
      members (6), and Hospitality Coordinators for the largest locations (Houston,
      Montrouge, Jakarta, Caracas and Dubai), SSA Database Coordinators for Houston and Jakarta.

    3. Active SEED volunteers.

    2. What is a “Remote Location”? - Top

    Remote Location is defined as spouses living in a city with a geographical
    coefficient of 1.4 and above.

    Please do not do this. It is against Schlumberger security policy to share dialup access passwords or accounts with anyone. - Updated: September 27, 2002

    Look first for information in the SSA Directory.

    You can also search for Schlumberger employees on ask.slb.com. Type the name and click "People."

    If you don't find what you need there, contact your Area SSA Coordinator or a Welcome Coordinator in Houston, Dubai, Paris, Caracas or Jakarta. They can locate information for you in the Corporate Directory.

    You should use your Corporate Directory (LDAP) password for SLB dialup.

    Send email to ssa-support@slb.com.


    If you are unable to request support by email your spouse (the Schlumberger employee) should send it for you. Support requests can also be submitted from the online support request form.
