    1. Go to www.shi.com/schlumberger to re-register. You must use a SSAfara.net or SLB.com email address to register for the product.


    2. You will receive an automated email with a new grant number and instructions for downloading the product.

    Here is what you need to do:


    1. Uninstall McAfee from Start --> Control Panel --> Add/Remove Programs


    2. Go to www.shi.com/schlumberger to re-register. You must use a SSAfara.net or SLB.com email address to register for the product.


    3. You will receive an automated email with a new grant number and instructions for downloading the product.
