Depending on your HTML coding ability, you can use Notepad (a standard Windows program), to write your submission code from scratch. A couple of good HTML editors are Dreamweaver and <A href="http://www.coffeecup.com" target=_blank>CoffeeCup</A>. <BR>If you are interested in learning more about how to write HTML code, check the <A href="http://www.ssafara.net/SSA_Worldwide/Global_Community/Online_Education/" target=_blank>Online Education</A> for links to many sites on the Web.<BR>One of the worst ways to convert your information from a text file to an HTML file is using MS Word and saving it as a web page.
